After less than a year, we are once again presenting to the public artworks that the Záhorie Gallery acquired during 2025, either by purchase or donation. These are predominantly artists who have been featured in the gallery in a solo exhibition (Kristína Kandriková, Dušana Vrbovská, Vladimír Kovařík), or whose significant anniversary we commemorated over the past year (Michal Tillner, 1895 – 1975). Karol Molnár (1903–1981), in turn, belongs among the important regional painters (a native of Brezová pod Bradlom).

As in previous years, in 2025 we also expanded the collection fund with works by young contemporary artists, modernist painters, artists connected to the region, and artists from neighbouring southern Moravia.
